So who am I?
I've spent most of my life in Alaska. My family and I moved to Washington four years ago for the broader work opportunities.
I went from a bartender of 15 years that dabbled in web design to a stay at home Mom who was so intent on learning web development that I could barely tear myself away from the computer to fold laundry. My goal was to have an employable skill set by the time my kid graduated from high school. Well, he's graduating in June and though I still have sooo much more I want to learn, I believe I now know enough to be employable. If your interested in seeing my website go to: www.webbdiva.com
Working nights all those years in Alaska gave me the opportunity to spend my days with my son hiking, biking, and pursuing my passion of photography. Since living in Washington I've also had the opportunity to spend a couple seasons photographing UW"s Football and Basketball teams. I add this little "tid-bit" of info because I included a couple of my photo's in each of the "mock" article pages to give them a little more apeal.
I learned a lot creating this mock site and am really impressed with MODx. I'm looking forward to reading more of the tutorials on The Coding Pad!
